How to Search and Reuse Knowledge
Knowledge is only valuable if you can find it later. Search, filter, and Related Knowledge are the tools.

Three ways to retrieve what you already know:
- Search bar — searches title, short description, notes, tags, and location.
- Category filter — narrow to Utility, Zoning, Market Research, etc.
- Related Knowledge — on every entry, see other records that share location, parcel, tags, or category.
If a search comes up empty, that itself is a signal: this is research worth doing AND saving for next time.
